I'm a year late but I'm just now seeing this. I live in Texas now and will be meeting friends from Idaho in Port A (as Texans call it) in October. We won't be in a fancy RV resort but we have a condo. I've never been to the gulf coast. Thank you for this little snap shot of what to expect of the beaches!

Looking for a bit more , like fire pits on the beach , if you have a jeep how do you get on the beach? However, this was helpful. Thank you for this . Also , any help for Handicap people.

First time I heard about Port Aransas was in the song, Gulfcoast Girl, by Carolina Jones. Love campgrounds by the beach. Nothing like gulf beaches. This place really is over the top. Great Tiki Huts. Glad to have found you on Instgram and KZbin. Looking forward to watching more of your videos. Will keep an eye out for future notifications from your channel. TJ &. If you do not have a golf cart I assume this is quite a walk to the beach. How far approximately do you think the walk would be from the front of the park all the way to the beach?
@everydaysaturday4 жыл бұрын
No more than 1/2-3/4 mile. It’s not that far. We walked from our campsite several times and we were in the middle of the resort.

And quick question...we're those Jetsurf things you rode on 1 episode gas or battery powered?
@everydaysaturday4 жыл бұрын
Liquid nitrogen powered.
@donaldwoodmancy13793 жыл бұрын
Brandon - nice film but it is not Padre Island - It's Mustang Island. Padre is a bit further southwest.
@everydaysaturday3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the heads up Donald. Much appreciated.
@winnieb11154 жыл бұрын
Can you Jetsurf on the lakes?
@everydaysaturday4 жыл бұрын
No. The liquid nitrogen causes them to combust too quickly on lakes and the chrome plated muffler ball bearings seize up.
@nathanwilliams18794 жыл бұрын
Was this resort part of your RV membership?
@everydaysaturday4 жыл бұрын
No this one wasn’t. It was about $75/night for what they call an “executive site” which is what we were in. That’s their off season price. It changes throughout the year but we thought it was a bargain for the space compared to other resorts.

Yah such a rad place! Except I’d imagine most of the people watching this video would have a hard time getting their fifth wheel, class A, or big travel trailer onto the beach. 😂😂 We went and saw the spots where you can drive your vehicles onto the beach and it looked like lots of people get stuck!? 🤙🏼
