Melissa isn't a good luck charm... the Lexus LX is a DAMN GOOD SUV. Nothing stops it. It made the whole drive look like nothing but a piece of cake.

with all respect, driving through a few puddles isn't really an off road test. Thinking it wouldn't of made it up that incline at 5:05 (even though a Honda Pilot made it) shows how little one has done research on the Vehicle… Seriously, a Landcruiser (which the LX570 is based) will take you anywhere. Maybe a more advance track is needed for testing these more advanced 4WD's?

I expected more from this off road review. Seems like it didn't really show how much capable off road this vehicle really is, considering it's one of the most capable SUVs in the world.

This would be more useful if they described when they used the center diff lock or any other features, or if they just drove around in high in drive, which isn't "offroading". I'd still like the basic question answered of how much of a Land Cruiser with makeup this thing is. First thing anyone serious about off road would do is get rid of the ridiculous city spec tires which have no place off road.
