We'll be responding to a building collapse, with trapped victim, with several pieces of equipment from both Montgomery County as well as Stillwater Mutual Aid. Montgomery County is definitely a very fun map, also gives a different experience from NYC which makes the game more fun

Could be a memory issue. It's really hard to say as unfortunately a lot of people have issues with it. I would try putting all your settings to the bare minimum and see what it does. If it's better, then gradually start increasing the settings.
