Years ago, it was common to hook up in the stairwell of the fire floor, but vandalia Ave (I think it was that incident) saw the fire blowtorch into the stairwell making life pretty miserable for the members, and delayed water. End result was dead members.

You see cages used irl sometimes to protect the equipment when they are in temporary quarters. For example, if the station is being renovated, they may put the unit out on the street in a cage. I've also saw where they use cages to ensure the equipment has a place to park on the street as well.

Ok here are my thoughts on your system. The main thing being I'm really just not familiar with Radeon graphics cards as I've never had one. Another point is that I've seen people post that they have way better systems than I do and have worse performance on EmergeNYC. Its an oddity because with some people it works fine and others it doesn't. Its really hard to say one way or another. Maybe someone else could chime in. I'm running a Ryzen 3700 processor and a 2070 Super video card. You might want to try posting those stats on the EmergeNYC facebook page. Maybe someone has a similar system?
