2 eggplants
1 tablespoon of salt
140 grams (5 ounces) spinach
4 tablespoons ricotta
1-2 tomatoes
1 garlic cloves
olive oil
Neapolitano sauce
Spices "Italian herbs"
Salt pepper
200 grams of mozzarella
30 grams of parmesan

2-3 tomatoes
60 grams (2 oz) hard cheese

1 onion
2 carrots
3-4 liters of water
100 grams cottage cheese (ricotta)
60 grams of mozzarella
30 grams of parmesan

Vos recettes sont intéressantes , mais vos gestes sont trop lents, à chaque fois vous appuyez 2 fois sur chaque aubergine, vous montrez comment vous coupez toutes les boules de mozzarella, au lieu de couper juste la 1ère,.... on est obligé d'accélérer la vidéo pour voir la fin !

Hi, on some of the recipes, you say a cup of water, not every ones cups are the same size, could you say how much should go in it so that all will know what goes in it. I have cooked for 60 years, but I have never seen anything like what I have just read through, fascinating, can't wait to try them out, but I am in a care home and I have to wait for someone to shop for me.
