U R the best new entry on comedians rank, quirky & ironically not afraid 2 make dry jokes 😁, but the last plane joke is 50/50 bcs U can't drink champagne from a cup & if that will be seen by 1st class they will sue the airline company of mockery or poor service ability 🤔. Hope 2 see U on more specials! ✌️😎🔪

in my opinion screen time with access to the internet, iPads, mindless apps, influencers, dumbed down "kids content" yt videos are WAY different than having a video game console that actually challenges them, engages them, and can involve their friends and siblings as an activity. Definitely getting my kid a Nintendo console and never an iPad as a small child.

This is great!!! 🤣🤣🤣 On a side note: In regard to being told how to raise your own kids; my personal favorite (insert sarcastic eye roll here) has always been the person offering their unsolicited advice telling you how to raise your kids, yet they do not now, nor have they ever HAD KIDS OF THEIR OWN. I'm not referring to those who, unfortunately, could not have children, but those who CHOSE not to have any children, biological, adopted or fostered, of their own. Please tell me more, given how uniquely unqualified you are based a complete absence of your own personal, hands on experience and/or knowledge, on the "right" way to raise children. How about NO!?!🤨 ~APRIL LIPKE
@artfulcookingwithdawn9000 Жыл бұрын
Agreed with your points... counterpoint that I have been in education for more than 20 years and directly responsible for thousands of children. In an attempt to assist a friend who had really fallen off the path with her parenting, the fact that I have not had a child myself (sadly) was thrown in my face as a reason I couldn't possibly know what I was talking about. So much for those three degrees on the matter?
@jameslipke354 Жыл бұрын
@@artfulcookingwithdawn9000 I am generally speaking. I do respect your years of teaching. I'm blessed to say I had some FANTASTIC teachers AND coaches growing up. In fact, some of them are my friends today. Although at 57 years old I simply can not call them by their first names even though they tell me I can. My folks are watching every move I make from above and they would not approve. I can only imagine what you've witnessed as a teacher. Believe me when I say we really don't like our 10 year old granddaughter growing up and being in school now. I'm a firm believer there is absolutely no reason for any child, especially in elementary school, to have a cell phone and especially not in the classroom. I have no doubt you're intentions were only for the best of both parent and child. I'm referring mainly to those who "know everything there is to know about everything", when the reality is, they know NOTHING. The personality type that whenever they speak, for some unknown reason you squint at them. I will say this, I worked in the medical field for for over 20 years. Seven years ago was when I left it. The pediatric orthopaedic surgeon and orthotics person I worked with and for decided it was time to retire and I fully understood why. We had a Specialty Clinic every Wednesday morning that was set up at a local hospital for special medical needs patients. I have had the privilege of meeting some of the most amazing biological parents as well as phenomenal foster parents! Sadly, I have also met the absolute worst of both of those as well. There is nothing quite as sad as having to call law enforcement and ask them to do a welfare check on kids who weren't brought in for post op appointments, cast changes, etc. Being out of that environment I sometimes forget there are parents that lack maternal and paternal instinct. Thank you for reminding me of that. ❤ ~ APRIL LIPKE

@@karposca3762 Exactly....I think you're right....and another way to tell is that the tables are all spaced further apart, and a smaller audience than usual. And the dead giveaway that you are correct, was him saying THIS quarantine has been rough on me. Most comedians would have fresher material if it had been years already or say that quarantine or those lockdowns. Him saying THIS has the implication of it being recent.
