i usually salt vegetables after roasting them in the oven, sometimes the salt draws out too much moisture and the vegetables steam instead of roasting!

The katsu chicken looks so yummy I do use small amount of oil when I roast veg in oven but I haven't tried the garlic in with the oil I'm going to do this tomorrow (Monday 🇬🇧) for evening dinner when you fried the chicken Benji was so crispy LOVLEY i really appreciate you sharing loads thankyou 👍

Instead of tin foil we use a reusable silicone sheet for baking much more economical & eco friendly. Super excited to make this!
