I know this is way off topic, but I was struck by the change in Simon Z. Such a gentle spirit when he is explaining the need for the colt to the servant. Perfect portrayal of the change God can bring about in our lives if we will submit to His work in our lives

The bridle we see Jesus has doesn't have the reins, what you hold onto, so it's just the headstall, what goes on the horse/donkeys' head. So I think Simon Z grabs a set of reins and then attaches the reins to Jesus' headstall to create a full bridle set. I appreciate that as someone who knows horses and all the equipment.

Can we talk about how when Jesus asks them to be with Him, Judas expression is so different from the rest? I felt like even Thomas, throughout all his pain, he is still there, still close to Jesus, he doesn't understand, he may have his doubts, but he still trusts Jesus plan. However, Judas is done. He doesn't understand, and he doesn't trust Jesus plan, he thinks his plan is better and he knows more. Judas looks like his done trying to understand and following, being close to Jesus. It is either his way or no way.

Two donkeys would be dam & foal. If the colt was unbroken, the presence of the mama would calm the colt and quiet him when something was thrown on his back. Until he learned what he was to do the mama would be led near him. This in itself shows Jesus' kingship over even the animals. I believe that only one donkey was mentioned in one of the accounts because the mama was extraneous to the story.

David, the great king of Israel, had a lot of human failings. And so did his son Solomon. Still, flaws and all, they were and are remembered as good stewards of Israel. And Jesus, from the line of David, is the fulfillment of God's promise to bring salvation to the world. I find it interesting that they showed the scene of David with his son anointing the sheep, readying for sacrifice. He came to the city with the same bridle that Jesus now uses on his colt. David prepares the lamb for sacrifice, as Mary of Bethany prepares Jesus for His sacrifice. This whole season was incredible, except I do hope that Ramah will rise again (and as Mary said, the end of time is a very long wait). Maybe in season 7? That's three years from now. The same amount of time Jesus spent in his ministry.

Hi love your videos and humor. Just pure speculation but since it appears Judas stole Thomas's time piece, I wouldn't be surprised if it falls out of his cloak in a small scuffle as the disciples realize he betrayed Christ. Or the writers could have him return it just like he gives back the 30 coins...any thoughts on how they will handle the stolen time piece, which is so significant of Thomas &Ramah's love?? Or stepped on in the tussel/arrest? I'm very curious how that will come in to play.😮😊❤God bless and thank you.
