The first five weeks are a Swiss tournament that will see half the teams eliminated before the Playoffs, which are an 8-team knockout.
Each team has 6-10 players, but only 4 play each week, with an average rating cap of 2550 and at least one woman in each line-up. Each member of the team plays each member of the opposing team at 10+2 rapid chess. In case of a tie the players play another round of games at a faster time control.

His covering of this game is just perfect as it is. His introduction to the actual queen sacrifice is very nice, and he gives some interesting details about the actual game when this move was played. I am not sure what you exactly mean with "hype", but i have an idea and it does not look good. There is already far too much "hype" on the internet, and i love Agadmator for not having it.

But at present 6:19 it is black who is up one pawn. However blacks position is disastrous Knight on b8 is pinned, so Rook on a8 is a dead weight. And saving Knight from g3 leads to loosing that Rook.

Hey Antonio, what a marvelous game. I just thought I would mention as I know you are an excellent pronouncer of foreign names that as difficult as those names are, you have made a terrific effort. However, even though this was played in Romania, Gergely-Andras-Gyula Szabó is actually a Hungarian name. The "ly" letters together in Hungarian mark a single phoneme, it is the same as a "y" sound in English, like in the word "you". "S" on its own would be the same as the "sh" sound in English and "sz" is how we would write what the English normally mark with an "s" only. "Gy" is another tricky double-letter, it's similar to the sound before the "u" when you say "duty" for example.

True. An amazing game. Should we make the game easier by adding vol to the position eval, or do they already have that. It was funny, to find the eval at 0.00 but then one wrong move and it swings all the way to checkmate for possibly both sides. Thank you Agad and thank you to the players as well. I don't even remember who won. A 'true colors' game. Kudos!

What did I just watch? How many pieces were hanging in the middle game? Impossible to calculate so many lines. Incredible !!! These gentlemen may have congratulated the other after playing this.
