I no longer shop Ebay as the sellers charge way too much for their used items, in many cases as much as retail stores where the item is new.
@amywalker75153 жыл бұрын
The trouble with Ebay is that they now charge a 10% commission on everything that is sold on their site and shipping is vastly more expensive. All the thrift stores around me way over-price things. Some things are priced higher than retail. Clothes are about the only thing that are reasonably priced. If it has a good label on it, they jack up the price though. Even the crappy furniture is crazy high priced. They want around $30-$40 minimum on a side table. It's cheap looking and banged up. Just go to the store and buy new for that price. A chest of drawers is minimum $100...crazy. That's more than retail.

JG JG, Goodwill and Salvation Army have always been overpriced considering they are thrift stores and Goodwill has gotten worse. They have a store called Rare by Goodwill in Anaheim California which is designed to look like a high end boutique instead of a thrift store and the prices are even higher than the regular Goodwill store. I'm sure people have noticed that Goodwill has a lot of new stuff that is not donated but they are purchasing from companies and that is why these new items are at regular retail prices.

Knoblauch's life has kinda hit the skids since he retired. So I'm not surprised someone ditched that. Still a cool find though. I've got the Jim Thome Indians version kickin' around somewhere.

4:32 Just for future reference... I sold the navy version of that exact deer sweatshirt for 25 a couple weeks ago. Deer stuff seems super hot right now (for me anyway).

I love your videos man. I’m trying to build up my inventory and your videos are awesome. The pass on Tony Stewart surprised me! You gave me the idea to buy Harley stuff and I got a shirt the other day with a motorcycle and wolf on it and it sold less than two minutes after I posted it for 23.98!!!

Taco, Use LA’s Totally Awesome(LATA) multi-use cleaner for clothing stains. I was reading uses on the bottle one day after I ran out of Shout stain remover spray. Let me tell you... I haven’t purchased Shout for almost a year now. It works amazingly well for stains. I also use a nail brush to scrub on the LATA-soaked stubborn stains. I have even missed stains and ran them through the dryer after wash. I sprayed LATA on it, rewashed... gone!!!! You can buy it at Dollar General or Dollar Tree. It’s only $1/bottle each place. There’s no bleach in it & I’ve used on everything!!! Hope this helps. It would’ve taken the arm stains from the Cowboys sweatshirt. Thanks for the videos... ✌️

That Playboy cake pan has sold for up to $35 on eBay. Wilton cake pans tend to do good.

Enjoyed your video. May I ask what price you sell your sports t-shirts & sweatshirts for? I see so many while thrifting & have been thinking of possibly trying to make some money from thrifting here in Michigan. I see lots of Abercrombie shirts, silver brand jeans, I can get them all half off the last Tues. at a thrift store that helps vets. Love shopping there, money helps our Veterans & thats a great thing! I find the coolest stuff there!

We tried Play it Again Sports to get rid of my husband's clubs last summer. Which were in really good condition but apparently too old for them to consider selling. Now my guest room has a set of clubs under the bed for all of eternity. lol
