As a 45 year member of Alma Lodge #523 IOOF in Johnstown, Pennsylvania USA I was wondering if your You Tube videos have had a positive effect on increasing membership? Please feel free to look up almalodge on Google. We, unfortunately do not advertise that we give 2 $1,000.00 USD scholarships per year to students who are going on to higher education, nor that we donate $1,300.00 USD to 6 different food pantries twice a year, nor that we support a child care place called Mom’s house, 2 youngster baseball team’s locally, the Fireman’s fund for coats for children, along with the charities of our Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania’s charities. And the Soverign Grand Lodge’s float in the Rose Bowl Parade New Years Day. Yet I was asked just two weeks ago while coming out of the lodge hall “just what goes on inside that building.”
