RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
4 potatoes.
salt 1 tablespoon.
Cover and cook potatoes until tender.
3 onions.
Olive oil.
Fry on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Mushrooms 300 gr. / 3 cups.

sugar 1 tablespoon.
Mix well.
Butter 1/2 cup / 100 gr.
water 1/2 cup / 100 ml.
Fry on medium heat.
Cool potatoes.
The onion is ready.
Olive oil.
Fry the mushrooms over medium heat.
Salt. Black pepper.
Mix well.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Peel and cut potatoes.
Mushrooms are ready.
Cheese 1/2 cup / 100 gr.
Grease a casserole dish with butter.
Lay out a layer of potatoes.
Cover with a layer of onions.
Sprinkle with cheese.

1 potato thinly sliced.
Lay out the last layer of potatoes.
Salt. Black pepper. A little bit of butter.
Cheese.
Bake in the oven at 190°C (390°F) for 20-25 minutes.

Can you confirm that the last potato that makes the top layer, the one sliced thinly, is not cooked,it is raw. This I conclude from the noise when slicing and from the outlook of this potato - it looks like was peeled with knife when still raw. But you cooked all 4 potato's. Thank you for responding.

Sieht sehr lecker aus, werde es mal ausprobieren! Mit wenig Zutaten ein schmackhaftes Essen! Danke für das Rezept! Ich habe in meiner Kräutern ein Pilzkraut stehen. Es ist sehr intensiv u. kann dadurch die Pilze verfeinern, es sieht gut aus wenn es blüht u. die Insekten freuen sich! Kann ich empfehlen!

Acum am terminat de făcut această rețetă. Este foarte bună! Gustul de ceapă caramelizată și ciupercile bine rumenite, este nemaipomenit! Am pus o brânză de vaci, care se întinde când este caldă, (preferata mea) și a ieșit nemaipomenit de gustoasă și aspectuoasă. Se pot adăuga de diferite ingrediente, cârnați, gorgonzola, piept de pui făcut în prealabil pe grătar, felii de roșii... Eu o prefer așa cum e prezentată în videoclip. Simplu și gustos! Mulțumesc pentru rețetă! O să vă urmăresc cu mare drag!♥️🤗
