I have only just found you. There is so much I love about this channel and all of it transfixes me. I love the natural cooking sounds, I love the angle of the camera and how they are filmed, with the focus being on the food and ingredients, I love the kids in the background, I love the gentle, relaxing music that adds to and doesn't overpower the cooking sounds and I love how yummy and easy these recipes are to follow. My Grandparents were from Austria ,Sophie. Now, Granny would have made her crabapple jelly & jam. My Grandpa earned his Master Pastry Chef Degree from the University of Vienna. He opened his Bakery In the small Village of Hartland ,Wisconsin in the late 1920s.. I had a wonderful, fairytale childhood !

I came here to learn how to make things easy and still taste good= mission accomplished. What i didnt count on was the calming effect it has. the music, your family happy in the background, the gentleness of your movements. I suffer with PTSD after combined 27 months of deployment in Iraq and Afghanistan.Refusing to take the poison they want me to take at the hospital, I try to look for the simpler things that are the extreme opposite of what troubles me. What more opposite of war is this? Cooking has become another therapy for me. so I ask you, did you ever think your recipe videos could do more than just help people prepare delicious food ? I know I have to make smaller meals because my girlfriend is blaming me for her weight gain lol Yet as I look into the dining room she is eagerly awaiting your cabbage,carrot egg dish I made tonight. Cant wait to see her expression when I hand her 1/2 portion as usual served. Thank you for your videos. Blessings to you and yours
