Nice window GHG! You did a great job of signing a group that elevates the overall level of the team, but I don't know if there is a "star" signing. If Teuchert can acclimate to the league, he could be awesome. Its good that you will still have funds available in January for the promotion push. This should be a league winning team.

In Cedric We Trust and yup still have some money sitting around… convincing someone to come down here is another story, at least it was in the summer. Maybe if we are top of the league by 20 points it will entice some of the better players?

Signed Varela in my FM22 save when I was in the same league. He bossed as a left wing back even up to Liga 2. A suggestion for GK is Carlos Abad. He is doing really well for my side in FM22 but I have no idea how good he is in 23.

okay, from experience in registration for spanish leagues, here is my understanding of how the "can not register player from another team" = you can not pull up players from your reserves or youth when they had X number of games. So you have to register them in the first team, when you wanna play them there, but that is preventing them from playing in u19 or reserves level. You deal with this by, sorting out all the positions in the team before the season starts and loaning player away when you can not play them anymore.

You are right but I think this rule is there more for the B teams of big clubs. Prevents big teams (Barcelona) sending to many players registered for main team to B teams.

Right and I can understand the reasoning to some extent but a little more flexibility than would be appreciated in the rules

Good bunch of signings there GHG (despite what the board think!). If they gel quickly enough, and you can get off to a good start, then I'm sure promotion is achievable.

Tomás Fernandez might not be THAT good, but he recently played for two of the most strong teams in Argentina's 2nd tier. Then he spent six months not playing in one of the two biggest clubs in the country. I think the squad is pretty good for this division, but I'm not so sure as if it's enough for them to not be relegated the next season. You're pronouncing the J in Jacobo and the G in Sergio as if it was in English, which of course they aren't. The J is always said as the starting H in English words (you can see this when written laughs are "ha ha ha" in English and "ja ja ja" in Spanish, but they sound the same) so, "Hackobo". And the same goes for the G in Sergio (as in "him"). Beti Kozkor is a Basque team from Navarre, whose name is in Basque, so that's why it doesn't sound very Spanish-y.

Can understand that view. In prior versions of this save I have been hammered in interviews for not having helped a team get promoted etc. so changing it up this year to try and get at least one under my belt.
