I'm Minnesotan like Andrew and grew up near a town called Zimmerman. It took me a really long time to figure out that Andrew's last name is not, in fact, Zimmerman. To add to my Minnesota cred - I saw Andrew Zimmern in person at the Minnesota State Fair when he was filming some sort of segment. It's my only celebrity encounter to this day.
