Just a question from a keyboard player: would you expect me to have learned my part, which is the the normal expectation, by the first rehearsal without receiving the chord chart (which is handed out at the first rehearsal)?

@@Miriam-wj1ov I would give you a chord chart and recording before rehearsal... And then expect you to know your part by the first rehearsal. If your worship leader doesn't give you resources ahead of time, they shouldn't expect you to learn your part ahead of time. I would kindly ask them to give you the resources you need before the first rehearsal if they expect you to know your part ahead of time. That's not unreasonable to ask for.
