You are a disciplined guy. But for the 🥦 broccoli, I will take the whole thing - includes the stem. Just sliced the stem and it is not bad

FYI any females especially watching; PLEASE eat something before you run or just liquid calories like Gatorade or a carb mix. It is extremely important not only for performance but also your health. Cortisol is alsready highest in the morning and exercise spikes that but fasted exercise does even more which will massively impact your hormones. your gut is a muscle just like your legs and you can train it to manage fuel. From a sports RD this is one of the biggest mistakes you can make

@@chrisspatcher2800 thank you! I sorta self-taught myself to cook a bit, and mostly just use what I have available. Food on campus tho is easy because we have an athletic dining hall! So don’t have to worry about cooking too much except on the weekends

trenton do you ever feel eating that nutella at night, or that popcorn and stuff makes u feel like bad or something when you run? is there anything you could tell me cuz when i eat nutella or something like once a week or smt i feel like it’ll be bad for me 😅 please help me realize how it’s not bad
@trentonsandler3 ай бұрын
Sometimes if I over-eat, yea. But its important to recognize everything in moderation. 1 serving of Nutella wont be bad for you, 10 servings will. Just about making smart decisions most of the time, then not letting yourself feel bad if you slip up on occasion!
