Another great review! The RX is Lexus' bread and butter for a reason, and you nicely laid out why. Lexus in general holds their value, but cost conscious buyers can try going for a 2022 or 2023. (CPO will add to the cost of course.) Thanks for posting!

The 2025 gets the newer 12.3" gauge cluster. The real problem with this car is simply finding one at a dealer let alone a color combo you want.
