Totally agree, this game is probably my favorite platformer I have ever played. The art is some of the best I have ever seen, and the OST is great too. I listen to things like Dashing and Bashing while studying or doing homework. Great video as always.

WotW will forever be in my S tier. For me, they did *everything* right. I played Blind Forest when it came out and bought the definitive version when that dropped. When WotW was announced it was just pain until I finally got to sit down and play this wonderful piece of art. I don't think I'm the only one who got on the Ori train early and I can find a lot of let's plays of it on YT, both games are very high ranked on Steam and you're even making a video about it so... Saying it doesn't get much attention is weird to me. Great work on this video! Here's to hoping it will make the community grow even more!

I bought the blind forest and will of the wisp duo bc it was on sale and I’d heard so much good abt them, but for some reason my controller won’t connect to my pc, and I have only started blind forest. Even though I have both, I think if I can get my controller to work, I will play wotw anyway to get me “hooked” in the series. Then I’ll play blind forest again

you should. I don't get why people don't talk about this game. In my opinion, second best metroidvania to exist (behind hollow knight). Obviosly you've watched the vid, so you know it is stunning, emotional, and the combat isn't even as bad as described. Go have fun with it!

i think this game was almost entirely focused on escapes art style and ost. I dont really think the boss-fights and the combat were great , i would consider only 3 last bosses to be somewhat ok. But i think it is kinda sad that this game was compared to Hollow Knight to death . I also think that Hollow Knight is better but that doesnt mean this game shouldnt have any atteniton. Probably the lack of content in game affected that too.

You can play the Will of the Wisps first! I played the Will of the Wisps before the Blind Forest and it won't affect anything 👍

Well Blind Forest is the first part of it… So you will not understand the emotion and everything when you play will of the wisp first… Also the fighting system in will of the wisp got improved a lot in compare to blind forest… so you could feel a bit narrowed when you play blind forest after will of the wisp… So I would recommend to play blind forest first and then play will of the wisp😊👍

As someone who played Blind Forest first I recommend playing the games in chronological order if you can, as it makes the ending of WotW more impactful.

Isnt it funny they developed and produced the will of the wisps in less than 5 years as the sequel of blind forest, but hollow knight was released almost 7 years ago and we STILL DONT HAVE THE SEQUEL?!?
