I don't know what comes before it, but imo it's WAYYY before totk past segments. We see Sheikah with botw hats, we see link wearing blue, which is a staple of botw, both link and Zelda can jump, seemingly without the aid of any items, and we see both gerudo and the great deku tree. The tree also has the master sword pedestal in front of it similar to how it is in botw.

As a massive Zelda fan, I'll admit that I also had a few thoughts about the timeline placement of echoes of wisdom. HOWEVER I do believe we're all idiots to be speculating so early with so little info 😂
