4:10 wow you gave me a moment where i saw so clearly that my eating compulsions are ego driven. and yet the ego can only be satisfied by bodily fullness temporarily. so it is an endless loop. because when I tune into my body, my body feels bad when I overheat. so why would i harm myself? it’s an ego driven urge, which is ultimately insatiable. that calls me to take actions that a higher me would not be attracted to. when i am vibrating higher i no longer have an appetite for overeating and over indulging. i prefer feeling light.

How do I know that the ego is not speaking here? That which knows does not recognize the higher self in its absolute manifestation; it is merely shadows of what the ego reveals, that which hides behind the mask, when it is aware of its revelations to the external world. While we long for connection and recognition, we can hide our true selves in the shadow of our ego. Because in that, desire reveals its true face.
