This is why it’s important to journal. Journaling creates the space for gratitude, reflections, give back to self, receive answers

Absolutely reading myself what I was doing and how i was feeling last year does a big change you see how much or how little you have done for yourself

I need to journal again

I have so many thoughts in my head. One night of journaling would mean I'm writing a book. 🙃 I'm still fighting freeze mode.

Being present means so much more when you truly understand what it means. A lot of people don’t know how to bask in the silence of just being. The silence is just too loud. We jump from relationship to relationship, always have to have friends and be with someone, we always need to buy something, instead of letting the silence and our thoughts overtake us. Being present with yourself and your feelings will give you all the answers that you need to know. My toxic trait is I always think that a relationship with a man is going to save me, make everyone see that I’m lovable and worthy. What I know now is that relationships are the hardest relationship to be in because it shows you who you are. We turn on ourselves and call ourselves ugly, stupid, unworthy, and we often wonder why didn’t they don’t love us, when all they did was turn that mirror back onto ourselves so that we (I) can see how we (I) really fell about ourselves. Life is powerful shit. If you pay attention, all of the answers you need are there, inside of you waiting for you to discover them. ❤💫✨

So happy I’ve finally seen someone say being sensitive isn’t always a good thing because it is so beautiful to have that connection with your emotions and to live in it but you can feel like you are lost in it to so you have to create and maintain that balance within that is BOTH not all the time but come back to both together come back to yourself 😌

My only thing is that i experience this abandonment reaction emotion all the time. Im always grieving and missing and hurting. I could cry for hours about the same thing for years. So at some point i gotta say, ok get up. I have to distract to be functional. Idk what it is

Thank you for making this. Ive been battling health issues where I’ve had to move away from my support system, feeling so lonely being separated from everyone and having all day and night everyday to be alone in my thoughts. I used to be okay with this when I was healthy and had the security that the people I cherish were in arms reach. But it made me realized how empty I feel alone. I’ve been needing this reminder that it’s just temporary. This is not forever. This will pass. And I’m not losing the people I love.
