As a Tennessean the snacks and the cabining for ‘vacation’ was spot on 😂. She’s one of the only actors Ive consistently related/kept up with growing up, loved this. As for her developing the accent at 15. I have a similar story to add. I developed one as a teen aswell when I got my first job. it came out of NO where, and grew stronger after a year of being there. It’s mostly because I was homeschooled (as Lucy was) and only spoke to my coworkers all day - everyday, alarmingly more than my own family. I thought that ‘absorbing’ things stopped as a adolescent but nope, factors can still play.. now I’m trying to shake it off because I miss not speaking so differently, and I’m sloowly getting there! 😂
