Those pre-warned tyres & brakes should help the MX5's and Formula V's on Lap 1 massively. Should make the Rookie experience better. The new Spa is so much better. Great video as always!

When I see people doing those insane laaps around Cadwell it makes me want iRacing to add the Goodwood Hill Climb in a future update. Also, I could bearly keep the new BMW M4 on the track when I ran a few practice laps, so official races are going to be very intersting.

New SPA is amazing, but once rain started it was almost un-playable in VR on a 4080S. With a couple of cars on the screen it became a slide-show. :O They should really change Monza's first chicane to match the current one. They had a big mess with the list not matching the tracks. I entered races that said Zolder and I ended up on SPA. Test-driving the same listing actually took you to the correct track :O I wonder if people enjoy the lack of safety rating anxiety. I was expecting a wreck-fest, but at least on GT3/Mixed Le Mans (Chevy) / Hypercars I am seeing very respectful driving.... I wonder if a lot of crashes result in the super punishing SA system and people doing stupid things. I saw pedal-to-the metal really enjoyable racing these last 3 days and ended up with less incidents like that than I would get on a normal GT race.

People are already complaining about the leftside curb on T1 on the new Spa version. Because it lacks the outside red sausage running along the curb. I am not sure about this, but I wouldn't be surprised if this sausage was added because of F1 and the mimimi complaining there about track limits and drivers not being able to exactly see where their cars are positioned. But I don't know, of course, hehehe. I like the new version a lot, trees look a lot more like trees now. And the track itself looks awesome. A proof how crispy textures can make a very dated graphics engine still produce very good looking results.

Cadwell, great to Hotlap or race with small, slow cars. If I were Iracing I would add it to the rookie/mx5 calendar. Otherwise it is dead on arrival

love Cadwell in AMS2 with the German Gruppe C M3 and E190. Amazing track. Won't be in the rookies though, because its a paid track IIRC.

@@againstall4agsandtrans511 yeah but from what I read is the AMD has a general issue with PCVR... especially for iRacing unfortunately. I was about to get one but pulled out of it... Probably I will wait until the 5th gen Nvidia card come along... I will need to get the Quest 3 too alongside it... problem is that now I have so many expenses that I can barely rub two coins together to spend anything on non-necessities... new car, moving in a new house that needs renovations etc....

They need to bring more of these updates. I am going to be blunt, Iracing content strategy is bad. The sim population can´t support more series or small tracks. So, they are wasting too much time on DOA content.
