Interviewing Howard, the chef and owner of chinese restaurant On Luck Food To Go in East Oakland.
This is the first interview in a series that will specifically cover home-grown business in East Oakland; it will eventually expand to the whole city. This series is part of a larger project meant to show what life is like in the city of Oakland, California through photography, anecdotes, interviews and more. It is a comprehensive project that when completed will cover the entire city, from the San Leandro border to the Berkeley border.
