Thanks for promoting our local spots. If you haven't already, I also recommend Special Hainan Chicken and Yao Yao's, both located in the Safeway plaza on Washington Ave in San Leandro. Also Garden Cafe in Castro Valley the only late-night HK cafe spot open til midnight in this area.

Dude, you hit all the good spots. I love this spot, great food! My only complaint is that there is a bit of a language barrier, so if you pick off the menu you are good, if you ask for any changes its tough without speaking the language.

I've eaten all four of those meals he ordered from that place and one of those already filled me up for several hours. That Spare Ribs over rice in stone pot consisted of leeks not green onion. He should have a cup of milk tea as well. Since some here already recommended other places for him, I would like to refer Cousin Cafe located at Newark, CA because I went there most of my weekend for lunch.

The "XO" in XO sauce is from the XO grade of cognac. The "XO" part stems from the addition of dried scallop shreds mixed along with chilis and chili oil. It was a good marketing strategy.
