Well for what I can tell on the game. It's a bit more bitter than sweet, especially if you consider their situations. But the ending was sweet tho albeit sad as you realize that it was only an altered memory and not the real thing happening.

I lost my gramma about 10 years ago, she was my best friend growing up and it hit me like a truck when I heard that she passed...she was always there for me and I wasn't there for her in her last moments...I didn't get to say goodbye. I know what you are going through and I can promiss you that the pain doesn't go away but it does become easier to bare with time. Hang in there and never forget the wonderful person she was.
