As I listened to this, I realised something. We are all just people in this world, with different feelings, origins, religions, race and of course, our own problems. I found Mark when I was in High School. God, it's been at least five or six years since then. I watched him play To The Moon, and it made me realize that I wanted to write stories that affect people as deeply as this game did. I loved how Mark took his job, something that most people even today wouldn't take seriously, and go forward with it with such genuine enthusiasm. I dived completely into the Lets Play part of KZbin, and those videos brought me genuine comfort and happiness during what was probably some of the worst years of my life so far. It's stupid still, even thinking about it now, but I remember going absolutely batshit crazy off the walls when Markiplier read my username and comment out when he was playing Amnesia live! When I started college, I unsubscribed from a lot of KZbinrs. I felt like I was betraying them, by subscribing to them but not watching their videos. Things got too frustrating and time consuming, and I couldn't devote time to watch Let's Play videos anymore. I have my associate's degree now, and working on my bachelor's, when I thought.. "Huh, I wonder what's going on with those guys now?" but I didn't watch Mark's new videos. I started watching an old series of his, his Trouble In Terrorist Town videos that he played with Mangaminx, Ken, Yamimash, and Felix. I guess my form of comfort lies in nostalgia. But now this song has the audacity to come up on my shuffled music playlist. I haven't cleaned this huge thing out since senior year of high school! XD Whatever. This comment's too long anyway. I play this song about once a month, look up into my ceiling and cry a lot. I think about my mom, who passed away three years ago. I feel like I bottled up a bunch of my emotions back then, as well as for the death of my brother. I...I just want to thank you for making this cover available on KZbin. It’s so incredible how mark is basically 50% of my life and helped me through everything. Claris Richter This isn't redistribution. This is a simple workaround used for personal appreciation and listening reasons. I like her music. I will listen to when I want and how I want. Music is made to be appreciated. I am a working musician and I am totally cool with people downloading my stuff for free and I would be totally cool if someone wanted to take one of my videos and make it an mp3. Am I hurting anyone? No. Am I helping some people to appreciate beautiful music. Yes. If anything, Laura should honestly take it as a compliment that we are that desperate enough that we have to resort to KZbin to mp3 just to listen to this song on-the-go. I am not redistributing the song. Not my fault there are plenty of resources online that can be used if people feel the need be. I can understand her being frustrated if people are taking it and redistributing under their name. Otherwise, no harm is done. And how am I helping dishonesty? I AM BEING TOTALLY HONEST.

we share similar pain bro my great grandmother died of lung cancer and I was 7 at the time and the last thing she said was she loved me and I was completely shut down then mark just seemed to take all of that emotion away :-(

septiplier for life Wow, I feel so sorry for you. The last time I saw my mother was when she was being taken away by the ambulance with my brother and my father. I couldn't go or do anything because I was a ''minor''. The last thing she said to me was to take care, that she loved me and that she's sorry for not showing that she loved me like she actually did. It was so sad because in the ambulance glass window (back of the truck there's a glass window) I saw her smile and wave at me. That was the last time I saw her because I couldn't go see her in the hospital because her decease was contagious. It was very tragic, and it still haunts me till this day.

In general I have a deeper range and tend to belt out when I sing, but this song and Other Side of the Screen both required very delicate vocals. Oh nooo! I found this song about a year ago when i stumbled across an old markiplier video. I was crying the first few times i heard it because of a crush i had (and still have) because i was almost certain they wouldnt like me back. this is my comfort song. when i turned 13 back in 2015, my grandma died on my birthday and i played this as well as other side of the screen. i also wrote the lyrics to this song to put in her coffin, but my step-mother ripped them out and threw them away. i come back and listen to these songs so often.
