I adore watching longform videos like this where I have no idea about the actual plot of whatever is being explained for many reasons, but one of the main ones is just being able to listen to the person making it talk for hours about a piece of media that they love. Wow! Never expected to realize that I needed a full retrospective on season 1 of OUAT. Thank you so much for processing this mess of a show into a coherent recap. This video rekindled my interest in this fandom, so I guess it's time to dig some of my favs from ao3. Because the show treats itself so seriously, I was giggling whenever you were referring to Rumple or whoever with "bestie" or completely slandering someone for whatever illogical thing they did. Like half of the time plot important characters appear out of nowhere to do some random moral talk for a side-story character because... reasons? Like why the hell Belle suddenly materialized to give a true love speech for Grumpy/Dreamy. It's even funnier when you consider her side quest with Mulan just somewhere around that same time period. Like the Mulan? Seriously? Or the fact that Regina crushes Christian's Gray heart(whatever is his name in the series) and no one actually cares in just about a few minutes(even Emma with her unresolved internal conflicts and fear of abandonment) but Catherine not-so-dead-but-actually-kidnapped is getting like multiple episodes in which everyone in town speculates on what's happened only because -let's be honest here- it's just juicier gossip than random ass sheriff dying of a heart attack in what? 30ish years old? It was two hours and a half long video and I chuckled every time you did that. Also, your Australian accent and some characters' quirks impressions were just killing me, like I was rewatching these parts multiple times because that was just friggin hilarious I genuinely couldn't stop. I would love you to make a season 2 version just because I find your vibe so enjoyable, I adore your sense of humor in relation to OUAT and I cannot begin to complimente the amount of work you've dedicated to this project. Wish you the best of luck! Don't feel pressured to make another vid because of this one going viral. It won't be 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 good without you enjoying the process as it clearly was with this particular video :)

It's additionally useful if there's a subject you're already well versed in and would like to jump to the next topic/go back to a previous subject in a video. It doesn't change anything about long form content aside from helping you know where you're at in a video. :) A lot of channels use them for timelines, differing subjects, and having markers for skippable, potentially sensitive content that one may not want to consume Edit for spelling*
