I've lived like this all my life, I called it poverty 🙂 but I love how young people have changed the name and the meaning behind it 👍

It’s not poverty … it’s being frugal. ❤

Ah yes my family is poor so this is how I lived my life too even into adulthood. We're being YONO instead of being POOR ❤

It’s more apt for minimalism actually, specially now with the fast paced shopping culture and throw-away mindset of people. Not only we saved some dough, we also save the planet from the over consumerism’s effect.

Celebrities are created to drive consumerism. Imo, these are the celebrities we need. The ones that help you develop

Started getting into baking bread (because i love pizza) and loving saving money and getting something that is comparatively "healthier" than commercial bread. Hopefully, the initial investment on new cooking tools will eventually reach an amortization point where the gains outweigh the cost of store products Fyi i used to buy a large pizza every 2 weeks

Kind of odd to see this considering Korea has a higher salary than Japan and only behind Hong Kong and Singapore. The standard of living ideally should be better than Japan
@Lalalalala98872Ай бұрын
the Hong Kong and Macau standard of living are definitely not on par to the Korean one - even though salaries are higher. Housing and bills are expensive af in Hong Kong because land is so small. It's like 2k a month for and old, moldy, one room one bath apartment in the city - when that would be 800 in Seoul, or 600 for a much nice apartment 2 room across the border in Shenzhen

@@Lalalalala98872 Just goes to show that GDP per Capita does not mean anything if the real estate industry is out of control.

Do u think before typing anything. Higher salary so what ? When the prices of goods and services are so high. So they have to pay more than some other country where people get less salary. 1 kg potatoes in my place is 1/2 dollar, carrot is 1/3rd and garlic that much is 1/2 dollar. When u compare countries compare using ppp index . And its higher ppp means u are getting looted.
