Yes menstrual cups are a must, I dont need them anymore but what a game changer on cycling and backpacking trips. Also hydrocortisone cream for those inflamed hot spots from chaffing is a great thing to have. Gets rid of the pain or itching in minutes. Love your videos

Yes, will need to try that next time!

I now need a DaBrim! As a glasses wearer there's nothing worse than being unable to see due to rain on the lenses.

We have loved ours and use them all the time!

I keep waiting for the little windshield wipers on glasses like we were promised in cartoons… 😂

I immediately gave a like when the lady commented "or maybe you do" (although I was going to give a like by the end of the video, anyway)! 😂

Totally recommend the QuadLock. Have used it on Great Divide, Baja Divide and many other trips and it's been stellar. Mostly have the bike mount, but for GD and especially the rough Baja route I used the motorcycle mount. There is not many other routes rougher than that and it was solid all the way for my iPhone.

I never herd you have to replace cassette when replacing chain before that would be really expenive as i replace my chain ever 2000- 3000 miles the cassette i usally replace 20,000
@PursuingMountains8 ай бұрын
I’ve heard that they can wear together, but if you change the chain more frequently you can prevent them from wearing together, so that makes sense.

Sehr interessant. Speziell die ausführlichen Erklärungen zu den DaBrim Teilen . Sowas hatte ich noch nie vorher gesehen.

Hey, great list! I’ve got quite a few of these for camping, but wanted to share that a few years ago I switched from that same folding poop shovel to a titanium trowel - much, much lighter esp when you also dont need the heavy carry case. I just put the old folding shovel in my gardening kit! And I’ll second those Ghost puffies! Mine still wears like new and it’s maybe 10 yrs old? I think one of the tricks is always washing with Nikwax Down Wash. Expensive gear is absolutely worth it when you take care of it, and it’s so cool to see your well-loved gear keep going for so long! (YES! Burt’s Bees Pomegranate 💋)
@PursuingMountains8 ай бұрын
I’ll have to take a look at that titanium trowel, we definitely could use less weight 😆. I agree, I would much rather buy something expensive but high quality that will last me a long time

The chain and cassette need ro be replaced at the same time so the wear is even and you don't have shifting issues. This is absolute gospel truth I learned from a mechanic.
@PursuingMountains8 ай бұрын
Yeah, I’ve heard this time and time again. For some reason I thought bringing a spare chain would be useful, but apparently not
@strega-nil8 ай бұрын
This seems like bad advice to me... if you're replacing your chain before it gets too bad, your cassette will absolutely last multiple chains.
