Since they were depicted to be in Egypt during the BC Era I'd be more inclined to believe. Look at all the things that they have depicted came to be found true. Depending on what you consider "life" to be. I think it's kind of ignorant to think out of the vast solar system out there, we are the only living things. We go to other planets, moons etc. so why would they be any different? Aside from that, the chair force (Air Force) already admitted to it and showed proof as well as a couple of other countries too. Being open-minded is a beautiful thing, you should try it sometime.
