Galaxy Quest is so good it hurts. It's one of the best Star Trek movies ever made. It's hilarious. We love it.
Still has sins.
Next week: sins--I forget right now.
Remember, no movie is without sin. Which movie's sins should we count next?

Really? @@Lans32485 Technically, she forgot. It's been years since they played their roles and everything was based on the show, probably they had that option build on the console.

I thought I read it was also at a convention and that's why they used the same situation for the movie. He overheard fans talking about him in the restroom.

Shatner has also said he's never watched any of the Star Trek Original Series episodes because "it's too painful". But he says he has watched The Final Frontier (Star Trek V), because he directed it. The second worst of the Trek movies, and for some reason he enjoyed it. He must've been snorting too much cocaine if he likes that movie

You'd be surprised what actors can remember! I just served as a KZbin chat moderator for a livestreamed virtual conference for the Star Trek fan club STARFLEET International this past weekend. One of the interviewees was J.G. Hertzler, the actor who portrayed Gowron on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Dude was flat-out wasted during the interview (one of the hosts even quipped that his glass was almost empty), and he was quoting lines from his favorite episodes that he acted in -verbatum- without a script in front of him, in addition to -almost- recalling Shakespearean speeches he'd made for on-stage performances.

7:13: No, there is a difference between "Cut!" and "Dead." "Cut" is done with all the fingers. With all the fingers out and together, you draw it across your neck. If you're just using a single finger, that's means "Dead" as if you're slicing someone's throat.

I.m.o. Weaver is hotter in this than anything ever. Even Alien. She looks great and proves that older woman should get more parts in hollywood

I think this is my favourite Sam rockwell comedy role "is their air ? YOU DON'T KNOW!!" I noticed how often that sound bite is used in sentencing at the end like prometheus.
