along with peridot's exposition being moved to beta, I wish we'd seen her build a new set of limb enhancers. she's always been a practical, logic-driven character and it would've really shown her growth to have her ultimately take matters into her own hands once she realizes she can't depend on homeworld anymore. and it's not like she lacked resources, considering she built a *giant robot* which never got much use anyway. but nah, just give her an iPad and a trashcan lid, that'll do it...

To be fair on the Mr Smiley point, the height requirements on roller coasters are for safety reasons, so them being genuinely taller even by some cheap shape shifting would ensure they don’t fall out their seat.

Amethyst was being straight up abusive to Peridot, but not only that, she was being a MASSIVE hypocrite, wanting to trash Peridot's possessions because she dared to not *immediately* get over her inferiority issues, coming from a character who spent MULTIPLE SEASONS dealing with those same issues.

to be fair, the cg tend to think of most things as replaceable. like breaking a tablet is a big deal to most ppl, but gems (especially the cg) tend to think of manmade things as expandable. like the cg often break things, public things and even their own things (examples include in Arcade Mania and Reformed) without getting too upset over it. while i agree if this happened in real life, its abusive (trust me, my dad did the same thing and I'm traumazied from it), amethyst is shown to have almost no regard for destroying things so its not like yeeting the tablet was personal. the tablet is manmade and amethyst probably figured peridot could get a new one (or steal a new one) and that it wasn't a big deal. though i agree itd be hypocritical, since she gets upset over garnet trashing her things in Reformed.

How is that irrelevant here? It's not a hypothesis, it's actually a fact and Peridot know it from the beginning. She literally had limbs enhancers to compensate for it. 4:45 All gems already know that they are replaceables assets. Literally, remember the story about Ruby and Sapphire? How Ruby said that her shattering doesn't matter because there is thoussands of rubies? Gems already know they are disposables, it's not a surprise. 5:18 I really don't think the amusement park was the highlight of the episode. Peridot didn't even understand the concept. The highlight was on Peridot adapting to Earth, discovering entertainement and her lack of magic. 6:29 I think he's the boss actually.

Oh man it's been so long, I came back to this channel through the save the light challenge and it's such a nice surprise to see the EWWSU series is still going strong! I honestly have a ton of nostalgia for this show now, so coming back to these videos is a bit of a way to relive some memories.
