It's severely stormy, and the water has jagged rocks jutting out everywhere. Old sailing vessels would give it a wide berth. Iron reinforced or covered hulls are only just about a century and a half old.

One of the main reasons that I didn't like this movie was because it's basically Captain America. Both symbols of America, hero wants to help out with the world even though they are discriminated against. Wonder Woman being a woman. Captain America height and weight. They both want to do wants right. They end up putting a team of guys that are good with guns/being a team. Steve Trevor ends up sacrificing himself, Bucky ends up "dying" heroically. Then they take down the villain. After that there "x" hero's that are out of their time.

I`m not even sure if he was coming across as being rude in this film,the fact that he ignored Etta or never answered her questions as soon as he arrived back with Diana to London to dress her up AND because he knew about Diana`s island and her background so much he decided to not let her utter it out,not even to his small band of soldiers being his friends. Hell,they start talking about Diana`s island home and her proof about Ludendorff being Ares who is her mission to stop the war,and Steve says NOTHING because of this.

To be honest only things that bothers me with WW movie is that how wrong it gets Greece Mythology making it seem like Judo-Christian Mythology with Zeus being more like Jude-Christian God than way he is in actual Greece Mythology and make Ares pretty much Lucifer and that they make WW1 Germans seem like Nazis and they even named that German officer after real historical person.

They were German soldiers fighting at the behest of the Kaiser. Both Ludendorff and Hindenburg were real German officers.. IN WW1!
