If you’re open to this, there are people who had young whippets (12-18 months) who were struggling with training and so the pups had developed some undesirable behaviors. A breeder told me it takes about a month to correct these behaviors. After that, you have a well-behaved dog. Of course be careful when dealing with private parties.
