I do this too. For me it helps that I keep to just black and white. So I can go cottagecore to ballet core to goth in just a few pieces.

@@simplesimply3753 I wore mostly black for YEARS but now I'm feeling a more colorful look. My latest genre-crossing accessory is bloomers! I always wear bike shorts under skirts, but bloomers are a great way to prevent chafing, protect modesty, and add a flash of color or lace and junk for a lightweight layer (or by themselves as pants). Could be gothic, cottagecore, ballet core, clowncore...really hoping everyone gets on the bloomer train.

I love so many different styles, so my wardrobe used to be confused chaos. Then I realized that I'm an outfit repeater at heart, i love wide skirts, comfy shoes and high waists. I now go off of the things i know will suit me (colors, Silhouettes) and treat myself like a videogame character! I start with one safe, nice outfit in any style i like and go from there :) Oh! Also Cotton! Natural fibers are a life saver, and cotton comes in all kinds of price ranges. It can still be cheap, but a low quality cotton will always beat a low quality polyester.

With your handmade pinafore skirts, you can add a bib portion by making a square panel with some inner loops for the straps to go through to make it even more versatile

I LOVE this I have found a lot of people just slap these bright coloured floral fabrics and call it cottage core. I love your choice of clothes. Mild tones & comfortable clothes I love your vibe too

(typing this while watching the intro) this must be a realistic wardrobe video because i too am a aesthetic hopper. Also i like the verry pastel romantic cottage core but it doesn't work with my job and hobbies... I actually have 2 jobs, nanny and i work at a horse barn wich both make your clothes disgusting so pastels don't really work and dresses also don't work for the horse barn 😅

Check out Lucy and Yak for some new overalls if you are in the U.K. they have corduroy and cotton overalls, pinafore skirts, and cotton overalls for summer. I love them
