Im trying to automate my vocal track so that I can increase the volume of words that are hard to hear in the mix. Problem is when I put an automation track on the volume knob, I loose track of where the volume was originally. The automation clip doesn't correspond with the volume percentage of the volume knob so it get confusing. Whats your method for automating vocal volume?

id recommend using compression. Find out what instruments are overtaking the vocals and squash them.

My biggest problem is that point. When i do right click i have to click like 50 times till the menu pops up. Till this button realise im clicking on it takes minutes thats so anoying is there a shortcut for that,?

After I exported the beat the master volume automation at the end just wasn't there.. Instead the beat was 8 seconds longer with just silence, thoughts anyone?

Make sure your automation clip ends when the song is supposed to end. It sounds like you start the slope down after the end and not before the end of the song. If you are bringing the volume down for 8 bars, put the beginning of that clip at the beginning of the last 8 bars. Hope you figured it out

@@lonelyswordmusic5651 no I did put it at the end of the last two bars, but after I export it it's not there. It's there in the mp3 file, but not through the Video Visualizer I made. Still the song is 8 seconds longer on both.. I find it weird
