The detail to the process of how the voice functions and the science behind it is stellar. Very enlightening, thank you

i am a man, but i have a high voice. i really struggle to find my head voice placement especially upward to mid range head voice, and the high range around E5 AND UP. i struggle a lot to find out the RIGHT placement, i know i need to change it if i want to go high, but how? I AM SO LOST,and i don't really know my low range head voice's placement are even the right placement

Mainly, because I'm teaching a class the exercises they need to develop their own head voice registers. They come to learn the techniques, not to hear me perform songs.

Are you maintaining strict closure of your nasal-pharyngeal port, or are you keeping it open to intentionally add more mask? Or do you allow that to change depending on the sound?

I allow it to change depending on the sound, volume, and timbre that I’m going for.
