Personal opinion, but as a suggestion for anyone into dueling if you are using two hands as an adult with any height 5’5” or taller you should try to calculate the total length with the blade and hilt, minus the dept: to be around 46 - 47 inches, and take your comfortable pick within that range. This is a little bit subjective but as someone who has done multiple sword arts since very young I offer you this wisdom. Unless you have special needs like wanting it to feel more like a katana or something; As a strait blade and to allow the flexibility of going one hand to two hand, the majority of you will appreciate this length.

so you mention that with the bottom accessorys that you can turn sabers to a double sided one, does that work for the valken? so i can (for example) buy two valkens get the thing at the bottem then make it a double sided saber (sorry i only found out about this yesterday and trying to learn what i can so my terms are still rusty however i do like the valken the best as its the kinda saber i would want in the future)

Great informative video as I am planning on buying my 1st lightsaber (Sabertrio) this black friday. Question: I'm not planning on dueling with it (or maybe some very light fake dueling). I'm mostly looking at spinning it around the house. As such, there is always a chance that I might hit a wall or the ceiling at decent speeds while doing so. Do you think I need to upgrade to a heavy duty blade or is the standard mid-grade OK? I've read that the balance of the saber is better with a mid-grade blade, so it should be easier for spinning I think, but at the same time, I don't want the blade to break if I accidentally hit a wall. What do you think?

So what you're saying is if I bought a heavy grade neopixel blade from bendu armory and a neosaber hilt from sabertrio they'd be perfectly compatible? So I could have the visual quality, sound quality, customization options, and dueling capabilities with a neopixel blade without worrying too much about breaking it? Or at least not worry about having to pay full price for a new blade. If I'm going to get a saber I want to get it as perfect as possible especially since it's so expensive.

You convinced me to buy a Saber from Sabertrio, now I have a very serious doubt. I want a saber to duel with my children, who will use my old Ultrasabers, I really wanted to get a Neosaber but I saw that you said in one of your videos that it is not ideal for dueling. Should I buy an Fx? Could it be that the harder Neoblade blade can't take it? Keep in mind that I live in Brazil and for me the cost of a saber will always be double due to taxes.

The Neo blade *can* take it, but you have to consider the fact that replacing the blade will be expensive if you need to, as it isn’t covered under warranty. That’s how it is with every company that sells Neopixel sabers (with the exception of Bendu Armory). I don’t wanna say 100% that if you want to duel with a Neo saber, you can’t. You definitely can, but the risk is not exactly worth the reward in my personal opinion.

I know this has nothing to do with the video but I recently bought a crimson dawn saber and I put the blade in along with the screws and I just took the blade out and now there is holes in the blade and when I try to put it back in the screws no longer work. Is there anything I can do to fix this, I don't know if I can send it back to Crimson Dawn because it was something I did but there were no instructions with the saber so I assumed that was what I was supposed to do.

Man, I was so looking forward to this reopening, but man were they ill prepared for it. Had everything in my cart ready to go (was gunning for the Aeryn), and AS SOON as the store opened, the site just went down like a lead balloon and I couldn't complete my purchase. Their Etsy store suffered mostly the same fate. Disappointing to say the least; was looking forward to this since first hearing about them. But I ended up buying a Proffie NeoPixel saber in the same design from Crimson Dawn (the Destiny) and saved probably upwards of $200 (10 percent off the total order too, for Black Friday!), so not a TOTAL loss, I suppose. Lol.

RTS means ready-to-ship. That was an event they had when they reopened. Their Neo sabers and their FX sabers with the Crystal Focus 10 soundboard swap have the 20 fonts with smooth-swing. The regular FX sabers don’t have smooth-swing, and the Stunt sabers don’t have sound.

Hey Lando, really appreciate how in depth your video's are and your timestamps are a lifesaver! One question I had was do you know of any other pommels that will work besides Sabertrio? The reason I ask is I have a Vektra and wanted to install a Smuggler's outpost 28mm bass speaker in it. Although It fits in the chassis just fine the Vectra's pommel has too small of an inner diameter so it ends up hitting the surround of the speaker. I can't tell from Sabertrio's website if any of their other pommels have a larger inner diameter to clear the speaker surround. Any input would be appreciated :)

Overall, Sabertrio is cheaper, by quite a large margin, especially when you consider that they sell sabers with the exact same soundboard and functionality. Each company has their own exclusive soundfonts pre-installed, and they’re all great. Colors and brightness are essentially the same. When you place an order with Sabertrio, your wait time will likely be about half of what it would be with VV. When you’re talking about customer service, Sabertrio knocks it out of the park. They provide weekly updates on orders, issues, announcements, etc., something MANY saber companies do not do. Vader’s Vault doesn’t exactly like providing status updates on order wait times, rather they direct you to their site where they state that it may take 16-22 weeks. There are people waiting on orders from VV from May of last year, and even earlier for some of the limited run hilts. All Sabertrio orders from before Black Friday are done. Aesthetics are up to you. Sabertrio offers truly custom designs and designs that are “inspired by” canon sabers, while VV offers canon replicas as well as custom designs, although they have much more of a selection to choose from in comparison to Sabertrio. If you don’t care too much about the design and if it’s a replica or not, and you want to save money, save time, and have a great customer experience, it’s gonna be Sabertrio all day. Otherwise, VV is an option, and that’s not to say that you won’t have a great experience, but rather that you will be paying more, waiting longer, with a little less context on your order status.

This is kinda a weird question which u may or may not have the answer to.....but what if I want to travel with it? hi, I really really want to buy a replica anakin skywalker lightsaber but I don't know where to buy it. I have done some searching but I can't find it anywhere and I find it strange that there isn't a replica of the most well known lightsaber in the star wars universe. Do you maybe know where I could find it?

There is one here: www.korbanth.com/collections/empty-installable-sabers/products/graflex-supreme-empty-hilt but it is empty, and you’d need to get an installer to put electronics inside. I will be doing a video on that in the future.
