We got ours just a couple of days ago and I noticed that the steering wheel does not return to center on its own after making a turn, is that normal for this car?

@@juliuscajilog9371 I did a quick research on the matter and found out that a lot of new electric power steering cars or has electrically power assisted steering have the same issue. One more thing is that since the transmission is technically manual on this car, the creep function is not strong enough uphill so there is a little roll back if you don't hit the gas on inclines.

@@dexterjoseph4384 . That is so true. . Had you tried to go to your dealer to sort this out? Regarding it will not go in the center. It is still under warranty. Thanks for letting us know, your experience in the inclines. You can also try other dzire forums such as the tsikot. I saw one of these on display yesterday at a mall.. The orchard blue color. I liked the exterior, and interior. But I didn't take a look at the engine and the trunk at the back, since I was just passing by. There is a report from one buyer i read that some tools at the back are incomplete upon delivery. Only a jack and a crank. And the tint has some bubbles. And the mattings is not rubber. Dont know if this is true. Is this true in your case?

@@juliuscajilog9371 The steering is very light anyway so the steering wheel not returning to center position is not a big deal for me since I can almost effortlessly bring it back to center by myself, I just miss the sensation of the steering wheel sliding on the palm of my hands haha. Regarding the tools, the jack and crank are placed in the spare wheel compartment then our agent handed us additional tools (wrenches and flat head screwdriver) in a nice carrying pouch. Most cars nowadays come in with carpet-type matting so it's not a big deal as well. For the car tint, our dealership has an amazing service guy so the car tint is perfect. The trunk of the car is huge considering that it is a sub-compact car. Overall, this is still a great buy. I'm a short person so I really appreciate the height adjusting driver seat. I had my grandfather as well as my brother in-law drive the car and I got positive comments from them.

Tom c unfortunately that isn't the only Suzuki you won't have; as you may already know Suzuki pulled out of the U.S. market not too long ago. I'm talking about their automobile division, of course.

Tom c well, the American public vote with their wallets and I guess Suzuki just couldn't do business there anymore given their lackluster sales. I'm sure a lot of you guys would be OK with a 1.2L motor for light commuting duties at the lowest cost possible.

Yes. It's original name when Dzire was launched in the Philippines in 2013 is Swift Dzire, now its simply known as Dzire.

It's basically the Swift but with a trunk at the back. Unlike the old Dzire though, Suzuki made more changes to the new Dzire to distance it from the new Swift, but yes, they are essentially the same car.

I find this car very intriguing but let's not kid ourselves: this isn't a luxury car by any means, nor is it luxurious. Yes it's well-equipped for its class and it looks pretty cool especially the funky-looking front end, but at the end of the day it's an econobox so don't go driving around town thinking you're driving an expensive car. That aside, I really desire this car, but only in blue. Wish they came out with funkier, youthful colors like green or red though, but instead they had to stick with gray, white and black. Good grief.
