Like I posted in your previous video, I'm from London. I've been doing the Keto diet for two years and no carbs, hardly, and hardly any sugar. My diet consists of 10 main food groups that are olive oil, olives, fish, meat, eggs, cheese, avocado, cauliflower, dark chocolate, and nuts. The fish normally is sardines, and the meat consists of grass-fed beef, minced beef, or calf liver, chicken liver. I have a 20-hour fasted window and a 4-hour eating window, and it works amazingly.

Keto is hard at first. Protein shakes help i get all my carbs from protein shakes before a workout and in morning.wake up for work protein shake about an hour after i wake up. Then eggs and bacon. Lunch salmon and eggs pre workout shake then workout then dinner is rib eye and eggs.

This is better for people who want to lose weight, if your trying to gain weight, this isnt the best route. But the Keto diet is great for diabetics. There will be side effects with fatigue for side in the beginning.
