Jump rope is one of my essential exercises. I love the mental, explosive, physical, and coordination this exercise provides.

Appreciate you dropping this! The last 2 days all I've been saying...stop doing the easy shit...push yourself. Stop just squatting at 225...boosted the weight did 275..I was only going to do 4 reps and ended up doing 8. Appreciate you bro...just kept hearing you in my head...STOP DOING THE EASY SHIT

Agreed brother. When I’m in a hurry but I need to get a workout in, I will do a random handful of the exercises (upper + lower body incl) mentioned with a 40-60 second rest in between sets.

I only weigh 172 pounds, benching 405 and I was 2 time Canadian gold medalist in boxing, and I won the gold for USA. I'm sure you remember that video I sent you a few years ago. They want me for Ryan Rozickys sparring partner. No matter how strong a man is, he needs lots of experience to step in the ring with me

Dumbbells, way more better stretch on that chest! And better for your shoulders. Especially when lifting heavy!✌️

What's up! You have great tips and advise. It has helped me out a great deal. My life has changed drastically. I also fast intermittently, so I eat once a day at night for dinner. Would you be able to tell me how I can get my full protein intake with one meal or should I eat more then one meal at night. I am 6'2" and I weigh 201LBS. Thank you. J.R.

He says the same thing every time and pretty much does the same exercises. He just uses different ways of saying. He's not hungry anymore, like back in the day. Now it's all the jewelry and cars showing off. Which is garbage, in my opinion. The best way to push people away.
