Some units have storage units but you have to check as they are deeded to the condo, they do have lots of social gatherings! I was there the other day and they had a gathering which was nice to see. Have you toured this tower yet?

Is the Martin Air BnB eligible? Any problems with the HOA board renting a unit out?

No there are only 5 high rises that are condotels and Airbnb eligible. This is a 6 month+ lease term

INCORRECT! You can see all of the Strip north of Vdara from the even numbered units, and the view from those units is not obstructed by the Panorama Towers, which is the case with the odd numbered units. Also, the plug-in videos used to illustrate the amenities are not of the Martin.

​@@courtneybentley @courtneybentley Oh, yes! I've always been partial to The Martin over the Panorama Towers. Many list the amenities, but your video was the first to display them as well as go into detail, esp. about the dog park being away from everywhere else and the EV chargers, etc.
