What’s up with the perennially vacant lot next to 1717 Enclave Court? Speaking of the Wynn house, the property used to get notorious recognition as the largest single residential consumer of water in the valley at 13,000,000 gallons used per year. Thirteen million! It looks like wide expanses of natural grass surrounding the home have been replaced by artificial turf. Not as posh but definitely more eco-friendly. Personally, of the five areas you highlighted, Southern Highlands is my preference. There’s a home for sale in SH, 19 Quintessa Circle, that’s stunning. I haven’t yet decided to relocate to LV but if I do…

It is all nice, until Las Vegas runs out of water. All of Las Vegas' water comes from Lake Mead. After years of drought, Lake Mead, plunged to critically low levels in the summer of 2022. So, the Summit Club is among the many entities that has no clue about United States law regarding the National Airspace (NAS). Per federal law, ONLY the FAA has the legal authority to govern flight through the NAS. No other federal agency, no state government, no local government, and no private entity may prohibit anyone from flying a drone through the NAS. The Summit Club has zero legal standing to tell anyone that they can't fly a drone over their property. If they try to seize your drone, that's felony theft.
