Have you fully zenkai soul boosted, so have you unlocked all the zenkai panels in the soul boost system ?

That’s very strange once you awaken both sides you will need to unlock a third breaker panel and then the adept power panel

as long as the unit is in your 6 its buffs will apply to the other units if they qualify regardless of if you take him into battle
