Thai government announced some pretty big visa changes today. 60 day visa exemption instead of 30 and that kicks in on June 1st. Also a 180 day visa suitable for nomads and remote workers that can be used to extended multiples times for up to 5 years in total

Yes you can own a house here. But you have to lease the land for up to 90 years as a foreigner can not own land. Land lease does not mean an annual payment. It’s just used as a term only. Hope that makes sense.

Most of those shelves in the cupboards are actually useless, unless you want to keep getting up and down on a step ladder. But I guess it doesn't really matter as it's decorative, like the mirrored glass on the cupboard doors, because most people eat out in Thailand.
