I have been in this building for 10 plus months and it really is pretty good. I didnt get quite as good of a deal as in this video, i pay a touch more and didnt get the oven, washing machine, patio furniture, or sea view. That said, it is nicely located on the edge of the more busier streets, so easy walk to bars and night life and is close to the international grocery store. The rooms are a bit on the larger size from what I have seen shopping around, the people are friendly, and the restaurant you showed off is very good. I am still thinking of moving on after my lease is up in twoish months, but only because I am thinking that i can maybe find a bit more somewhere and wouldnt mind a change of scenery. Still, I am leaving this comment for anyone interested.

Like the wrap around balcony in the large 1 bed, but it looks more cramped than the smaller one, everything looks cramed into corners with a table occupying the centre space in the room, nice room all the same

They should remove the chair in the bdrm and eating table should be smaller. Better spacing would make it look more sized
