Traditionally don't expect any trailer before December. They may show footage on some conventions here and there but usually not with the VFX fully finished to be released online.

I'm not either but did see picture or maybe it artwork and he was in a FF suit and he didn't look bad, in the picture. It looked like he had his hair cut short and was clean shaven except for his mustache, but if doesn't want to shave that off, then he needs go with bearded Reed look like John K. did. If he doesn't grow a beard, or go with that look or that take on Reed, then sorry buddy, but you have to go all the way and shave it off too, to complete the look of the character, plus people want to see Reed Richards not Pedro. So he can't go half way, he has to all the way which completely 100% clean shaven no mustache no nothing or keep the mustache but have grow a beard around it on either side of his face and chin, those are the only 2 option there is no 3rd or middle option. Because if he keeps the mustache without the beard I think people are just going to see Pedro the guy in WW84 and the guy that played Mando and not see Reed Richards or Mr.Fantastic.

I could see a scenario where Reed has developed an area in the negative zone that acts as a prison for super villains and when they realize they can’t save their universe use the Negative Zone/Quantum Realm to escape to the 616 and where Blastaar has resurrected Darren Cross’s MODOK to be the new Annihilus

How about Red Ghost and his Super Apes or the Mad Thinker? Those are pretty early run villains and fit that 60s motif. Frightful Four might be a good one if you wanna cram a bunch of cameos in one.

The Fantasy Four had so many interesting villains besides Dr. Doom and the Moleman or Molecule Man. The Red Ghost, was straight up science fiction, as well as Klaw, or The Thinker, and his trippy looking androids. They seem to have a good cast, I hope this time the writing is good also.

Thanks for the update, Michael! One thing that I could imagine taking place: Since the FF will already be established as the primary metahumans of their 1960's alternate universe, it seems most likely that we'll see a sort of "primer" in the first act which will provide context for this iteration of the team, including villians past and present in order to establish their celebrity-level status on their Earth. So I'd definitely expect to see references and scenes of the FF's past exploits in order to establish why they are so famous and beloved. Mole Man, Puppet Master and...dare I say it...Rama Tut (there would be no need to recast this character from the Majors version, I imagine that Marvel have tons of images of Majors in that costume for reference). Just something to think about...

This all makes sense. Reminds me of "the marvels" podcast where the F4 are in classic New York fighting a rogues gallery as well as Galactus. That ends up as a simulation of sorts with LMDs, but a good story regardless.

Although the villain cameos will mostly be one and done, they could set up a future villain. Like a villain is defeated and grows bitter. And then after The Fantastic Four cross over to the main timeline, said villain turns up in a later movie hell bent on revenge kinda thing, and in a bigger role. Annihilus for example.

Honestly, I think introducing introducing the Beyonder in a post credit scene, similar to how they did Thanos or the Council of Kangs, would be a great way to introduce him. Or even do it closer to how they did Adam Warlock in guardians 2, showing it at the dawn of the multiverse. This way, if the theory was right where the one Kang was a Beyonder variant, they don't have to worry about recasting Majors so soon, if they don't have all the details down at that point at least.

I honestly don't know enough about the Marvel comics, my experience was GI Joe A Real American Hero as my Marvel comic, FF was the cartoon back in the 70's. I am going to wait on judgement of the film, till it actually is released. Too many people think a movie is automatically bad if a certain actor is in, or they go by the premise that can change before filming is complete. I would like to see Doom, but agree that he can wait till after the FF is moved to the 616.

So to be entirely fair to Marvel/Disney, most fans (Even heavily versed fans) entirely missed that we have now crossed into the 626 universe. We now have all main defender teams within one verse. Fantastic four, X-men, Avengers and the Ministers of Magick. The reason nothing before this was entirely through and through, was directly in the overall direction of this. Marvels and the seperate series have since filled every necessary gap. Which is understandable why some fans may have missed it. Not everybody watched every component, which is actually necessary however lol. They’ve already confirmed dead characters returning, with the “missing” characters being casted in advance. Deadpool 3 will fully place us in the Iron age avengers era, where as loki and “marvels” have since set us within the new universe. Most people have actually forgot about celestials too, which is why guardians of the galaxy had the wrap up that it did. They really did tie everything together perfectly for the shift. It’s only a matter of starting the next sequence in the form of the movies releasing now.

I think a couple villains are okay I just know there is no reason to overstuff this. They probably could just do Galactus, Mole Man, and Puppet Master is enough one references Fantastic Four #1 and you know the MCU likes referencing those 1st comic issues. Galactus is iconic and could be the next Thanos, he would be the perfect primary or secondary villain in Secret Wars. Puppet Master could just be a one and done.

If you are looking for quick classic villians the Frightful Four would be good or even John Malkovich as the RED GHOST with the SUPER APES. The PUPPET MASTER is Alicia Masters' father so he could be introduced later. Also Mila Kunis could play Alicia Masters. Just some ideas😊
