Probably because you have a defective product or it is fake. It happens to many. Not to me fortunately. I dropped it from chest height several times on hard surface and no damage what so ever. Depends what case you have since you did not state it.

These phones are spinning, one hitting on the back, one on the front, one on the side, so results will vary even if you drop 5 new phones with the same case, hence your conclusion is really bad and just utter bullshit. Drop the phones 10x in 5 different orientations for each case from a height which is representable for every day situations, hence around 1 meter, and draw conclusions based on the case and phone damage. I hope noone will buy a case based on the "findings" of this video. Like if you agree.
